We are on a mission to improve the lives of not only our customers, but also our employee family members. Immaculate Restoration hires people who set high standards for themselves. We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration , mold remediation , sewage damage remediation , smoke and odor removal, disinfectant cleaning and trauma scene cleanup for residential and commercial properties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Must be able to follow instructions, be punctual, reliable, honest, respectful and always be ready to work and learn. Great customer service skills. Must have or willing to purchase, your own demo tools. Candidate will be expected to keep the warehouse, equipment and trucks looking clean and presentable at all times. Perform assessments on new jobs, set up equipment, perform any necessary demolition. Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance. Able to wear and work in full PPE including Full-Face Respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, boots, etc. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Be available to work nights, weekends, overtime, if needed, as part of on call rotation.

for the following: We are willing to train but prefer candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience; some residential demolition and/or a construction background is a plus. IICRC certifications, WRT, ASD, AMRT, CDS, FSRT/OCT, or CCT Experience using industry software such as MICA, Moisture Mapper, Dash, Xactanalysis, Docusign, Encircle, ITEL, etc. Skilled in water mitigation, fire damages, mold and biohazard remediation.

Self-motivated Coachable Capable of working unsupervised Strong work ethic Professional appearance Customer service ability -- providing "5-star" service to our clients Must be able to work in all types of conditions (hot, cold, wet and dusty) Clean DMV Record with valid operators license Able to pass a pulmonary test for proper air respirator fit Experience with Microbial / Mold Remediation, Media Blasting, Containment Construction, Sewage Clean Up, Structural Drying, 24 Hour Emergency Service and Thermal Imaging a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work Monday through Friday and on call hours (evenings and weekends) as determined by business necessity Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Responding quickly to emergencies such as water, fire, and smoke damage. Identifying scope of work, measuring and sketching out all affected areas and employing industry standard restoration techniques. Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment. Performing demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc. Taking accurate moisture readings and properly setting up commercial drying equipment to minimize drying time. Cleaning and maintaining proprietary equipment as needed. Opportunity to advance quickly!
