• $17•$20 per hour, depending on experience Benefits•Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (with employer contribution)•Paid Time Off (PTO)•Paid Holidays•401(k) with up to 3% company match•Monthly bonus opportunities•Employee referral program•Partial uniform provided•Growth and advancement opportunities Schedule•Full-time•Day shift with rotating on-call availability•Overtime during emergency responses as needed Responsibilities•Respond to water, fire, and mold emergency calls•Perform demolition, water extraction, cleaning, and restoration work•Set up and monitor mitigation equipment•Complete accurate job documentation and daily logs•Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and coworkers in a professional manner•Maintain a clean and safe job site•Other duties as assigned Qualifications•Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred•Experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, or mold remediation is a plus (but we will train the right person)•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record•Ability to pass a criminal background check•Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn•Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions•Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Work With Us?
