As we continue to expand across North America, we are seeking motivated and skilled Regional Service Technicians to support our rapidly growing customer base. In this key field-based role, you will deliver exceptional technical service, installation, and customer support forJENSEN-GROUP
equipment throughout your designated region. You will play a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting sales activities, and ensuring our clients experience the high-performance reliability JENSEN is known for. This position blends hands-on mechanical and electrical work with customer-facing interaction—ideal for technicians who excel in both problem-solving and communication. What You'll Do Perform service, maintenance, and repair on advanced commercial laundry equipment. Install, commission, and optimize new machinery at customer sites. Act as a trusted technical partner for clients throughout the United States. Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product or service solutions. Document all service activities, maintenance actions, customer interactions, and sales support activities accurately and promptly . Ensure equipment reliability while delivering professional and customer-focused service. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience working with commercial laundry equipment is a must! Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems , including advanced troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in diagnosing faults related to: Electrical systems Hydraulics Pneumatics General automated equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics . Competence with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical reasoning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport. Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively across the region and occasionally wider areas. Valid U.S. driver's license, U.S. residency, and passport (or ability to obtain one).
