You will oversee job sites, ensure high-quality work, and guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and care. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical work and team management. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals with strong leadership ability and a solid work ethic. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage water mitigation projects Perform water extraction, demolition, and structural drying Set up and monitor drying equipment Supervise and direct crew members on-site Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and management Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations Document job progress with photos, notes, and software systems Maintain equipment and company vehicles Assist with mold remediation services as needed Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and occasional holidays Reliable transportation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and customer-first mindset Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred Preferred Certifications (Not Required)
