Job Description

Now Hiring:
Senior Field Service Technician - Printers and Copiers Are you the go-to expert when equipment gets tough? Do you enjoy solving complex technical problems while owning your territory? We're looking for a hands-on, highly skilled Senior Field Service Technician to join our team and take charge in the field.
What You'll Do:
Tackle advanced service and repair work on office equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex issues on B&W, color, and multifunction devices (MFPs). Handle full lifecycle installs, removals, and retrofits. Serve as the technical expert in your assigned territory. Provide 2nd-level support to fellow technicians when needed. Train and mentor newer techs, sharing best practices. Manage your schedule, territory, and inventory independently. Maintain accurate documentation and service records. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Identify and share sales opportunities during service visits.
What You Need:
Experience servicing copier / printer / MFP equipment. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided).
Compensation & Perks:
