Responsibilities Execute the installation, comprehensive maintenance, and complex repair of diverse commercial refrigeration and cooling assets. Minimize operational disruptions by accurately diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate system malfunctions. Conduct proactive inspections and preventative maintenance routines to maximize energy efficiency and system lifespan. Partner with cross-functional team members to execute service projects and high-priority calls with precision. Document all service activities and repairs to maintain detailed equipment history and compliance records. Deliver professional, client-focused support by clearly explaining technical solutions and system status. Continuously integrate knowledge of emerging HVAC/R technology and industry best practices into daily workflows. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated professional experience in commercial refrigeration or related HVAC/R field service. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals. Strong grasp of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and HVAC/R system principles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Preferred Skills Formal technical certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems. Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for material handling and cooling control systems. Proven ability to manage complex technical tasks with high attention to detail.
