We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in helping people during difficult situations. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, working with a team, and being active throughout the day, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration services Set up drying equipment and monitor restoration projects Perform demolition and cleanup work as needed Document jobs with photos, notes, and moisture readings Maintain equipment and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work well in a team environment Comfortable working in challenging environments including basements, crawl spaces, and attics Good communication and customer service skills Ability to use hand and power tools Attention to detail and willingness to learn Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Ability to wear respirators and PPE Availability for after-hours emergency rotation as needed Why Join Rainbow Restoration?
