Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by disasters, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Technician demonstrates to customers and clients the company's Here to Help® commitment. As a valued SERVPRO® franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Training and development program available, which can include industry certifications. Duties Perform cleaning and restoration tasks for properties affected by fire, water, or mold damage. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects. Conduct mold remediation processes in compliance with safety regulations. Execute carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed. Batt insulation, rough-in drywall, and priming/painting. Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Requirements Walking and standing for long periods of time Working at ceiling heights and tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics) Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Background in construction is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
