What This Role Really Looks Like This is a Lead Restoration Technician role with United Water Restoration Group - Islandia, NY. You'll run the job: Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates. Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk. Rotate on‑call for nights/weekends - real emergencies, real responsibility. Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule.
