We inventory, clean, store, and return your belongings post-restoration. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician located in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for assessing and restoring items affected by water damage, conducting mitigation efforts, and ensuring proper communication with clients and partners. Daily tasks include inventory management, cleaning and restoration of items, and coordinating with the broader restoration team to deliver timely solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work on-site Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Previous experience in restoration or related fields is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in restoration is advantageous
