Field Service Supervisor

We're seeking a Service Supervisor to support a very successful and well-established employee-owned ESOP business. This individual will be supporting field operations focused on pumps, rotating equipment, and municipal/industrial systems throughout the Rochester region. This individual will have strong mechanical troubleshooting experience and have the capabilities to support and mentor a small field service team across repair work, installations, startups, and preventative maintenance. This role combines approximately 50% field leadership and 50% office coordination, supporting service technicians across repair work, troubleshooting, installations, startups, and preventative maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor field service technicians Support troubleshooting of pumps, motors, bearings, hydraulics, and rotating equipment Coordinate technician scheduling and project priorities Support customer communication and service execution Assist with inspections, repairs, and field operations Help maintain a strong safety and quality culture Compensation & Benefits $45/hourly pay + 70/hr for prevailing wage category work Prevailing wage work averaging 8-12 hours weekly at rates around $70/hr Daily overtime after 8 hours (est 4 hours per week) ESOP employee ownership program Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. Company vehicle and gas card Long-term advancement opportunities Preferred Backgrounds Industrial maintenance Rotating equipment or pump service Commercial HVAC Water/wastewater operations Mechanical contracting Manufacturing maintenance Field service leadership Qualifications 5+ years of industrial or mechanical service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Leadership or technician mentorship experience preferred Basic understanding of controls, schematics, or low-voltage systems is a plus Valid driver's license required One of the biggest differentiators is this ESOP program...
