Full Job Description Fire & Water Restoration Technician Pay:

$23-$33/hr. (based on experience & certifications)

What You'll Do Respond to fire, water, mold, and storm losses Perform water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, odor removal, and mold remediation Document damage, equipment readings, and daily progress • Demolition and removal of building materials and debris Inventory, pack, clean, and move customer contents Clean floors, walls, carpets, and occasional furniture Maintain equipment and company vehicles Participate in rotating on‑call shifts (overnights/weekends; bonus eligible) Other duties as assigned If you qualify for a Lead Technician position you will also: Conduct inspections and create drying/remediation plans Oversee field technicians and ensure protocol compliance

Requirements Technician:

1-3 yrs restoration or construction experience

Lead Technician:

3-5+ yrs restoration; leadership preferred IICRC certifications and NYS Mold Remediation Technician license preferred (or willing to obtain in 90 days) Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Comfortable working around water, sewage, mold, and contaminants (with PPE) Strong communication and customer service skills A clean driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
