What You'll Do:

As a Surface Coating and Restoration Technician, you'll play a key role in bringing surfaces back to life across job sites in the Capital Region.

Your daily tasks will include:

Restoring paver patios, walkways, and concrete surfaces using pressure washing, sealing, and sand application. Applying protective coatings (e.g., sealants, epoxy, polyaspartic) to enhance durability and aesthetics. Operating specialized equipment such as sprayers, grinders, and mixers safely and efficiently. Collaborating with the team on site assessments, job prep, and project completion to ensure top-quality results. Traveling to various job sites from our Schenectady shop, tackling diverse projects that keep things exciting.

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience required—we provide full paid training!

Preferred:

Background in landscaping, pressure washing, hardscaping, or epoxy work. Reliable transportation to our Schenectady shop. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude—must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
