This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, grow into a technician role, and build a long-term career in a stable industry. If you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn—we will train you. What You'll Do You'll work alongside experienced technicians and learn how to: Inspect and service chimney and venting systems Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance Work on rooftops and ladders safely (training provided) Set up job sites and prepare materials Communicate with homeowners about services Keep equipment and vehicles organized Over time, you will develop into a lead technician What We're Looking For We're looking for people who want to grow—not just collect a paycheck. ✔ Reliable and shows up every day ✔ Comfortable working outdoors and at heights ✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn ✔ Good communication and customer service skills ✔ Able to lift 50-80 lbs Helpful (not required): Construction, HVAC, roofing, or labor experience Experience using hand or power tools
