Entry Level Restoration Technician - Water Damage / Fire Cleanup - Syracuse NY

Restoration Technician / Water Damage Cleanup Crew, Syracuse NY. Entry level, no experience required, paid training, full benefits. SERVPRO Team Skov is hiring full-time Restoration Technicians at our Syracuse location. We respond to water damage, fire damage, mold, and storm cleanup emergencies across Onondaga County including Syracuse, Liverpool, Cicero, Clay, North Syracuse, Camillus, Fayetteville, and Manlius. This is a hands-on field role. We provide all training and pay for your IICRC certifications.

Pay and Schedule:

• $20.00 to $24.50 per hour based on certifications
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Overtime available, approximately up to 10 extra hours per week on average
• Shared on-call rotation, paid $25 per dispatched job with a $50 minimum per shift
• First year total earnings typically reach $50,000 or more with overtime, on-call, and bonuses incentives.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to water damage, fire, smoke, and mold emergencies in homes and businesses
• Water extraction, structural drying, equipment setup, controlled demolition
• Contents pack-out and post-loss cleanup
• Work alongside experienced crew members from day one

Who We Are Looking For:

No prior restoration experience required. Our team members come from a range of backgrounds including warehousing, landscaping, military service, construction, retail, and food service. We hire for reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
