job summary: We are searching for a Field Service Technician in the Syracuse, NY area to work for an industry leading technology company supporting various local client sites. Candidates should have experience troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical equipment. This is a direct-hire role with great benefits, including medical, dental, PTO, etc. Interested?
Service and repair designated equipment to company standards and specifications.
Maintain working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups. This includes basic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field/on-site maintenance.
Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and assigned company property.
