Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on industrial and warehouse equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, routine maintenance, customer interaction, and travel to client job sites. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse and shipping equipment. Assemble, maintain, repair, and remove warehouse racking and storage systems. Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial equipment. Maintain accurate records of time and services on physical work orders or mobile devices. Deliver professional on-site customer service and communication. Follow all company and site safety procedures. Safely operate company vehicles to and from customer locations. Preferred Experience Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in industrial or warehouse equipment maintenance are preferred, including work with: Dock levelers, truck restraints, overhead doors, shelters, seals, and bumpers. Warehouse racking systems and storage equipment. Forklifts (IC and electric), scissor lifts, boom lifts, pallet jacks. Compactors, balers, and related machinery. Conveyor systems including roller and belt conveyors. Skills & Qualifications Proficient with hand tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools. Welding experience or use of specialty diagnostic equipment is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license required.
