Field Service Technician

Corporate Coffee Systems is hiring, and we want you to be part of our exceptional Service team! Corporate Coffee Systems, headquartered in Westbury, is a leading coffee, refreshment, and breakroom provider serving clients throughout the New York metropolitan and Tri-State area. We provide premium coffee programs, MicroMarkets, snacks, beverages, and workplace refreshment solutions designed to bring a coffeehouse experience directly to our clients. We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician (in the vending industry) with knowledge of basic plumbing and electric (helpful) for our busy Service Dept. This position has a major impact on our customers and the relationship we maintain with them. We provide company uniforms and the tools to do the job.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager, performing emergency repairs, troubleshooting and general preventative maintenance on coffee brewers, water coolers and other beverage-dispensing and vending equipment.
• Process accurate department work orders/services tickets.
• Requires daily travel from our Westbury facility base throughout the tri-state area including our important Westchester, upper New York City, and New Jersey clients, using our Company van.
• You must have a valid/clean New York State driver's license and the ability to navigate GPS/maps/directions for these areas.

What We're Looking For :

• Knowledge of coffee brewers, dispensing and vending machines is preferred - or a general knowledge of plumbing, electricity and machinery is helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Must have a willingness to increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.
• Clean and Valid Driver's License required.
• Hourly pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• High School diploma or equivalent.
