We are hiring a variety of technicians and looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Our Cleaning Technicians complete quality cleaning services for our customers, while providing client satisfaction. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay. Provide quality air duct / HVAC cleaning and related services to customers. Provide exceptional emergency water services to our customers while following company policies, procedures, and training. You will by extracting water, preforming demolitions, and light construction tasks safely through effective communication and following Stanley Steemer's Policy and IICRC Standard. We provide in-depth training to foster stability and a variety of roles that provide a path for career advancement. These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.

• Valid, US driver's license 3 year history minimum
• Clean drivers license
• Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 75lbs.
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
• Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Professionalism Why Stanley Steemer?
