Job Description As a Lead Field Service Technician for Honeywell, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers by evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex combustion systems and equipment. You will utilize your technical expertise to identify issues and provide exceptional customer service in the field. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work remotely for our Honeywell facility at various customer locations. Travel is a must, expect 70% travel requirements. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites. Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles. Strong technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products. Proficiency in inspecting complex technical equipment. Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.WE VALUE
