In this vital role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality work, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise in restoration industry practices, use of hand and power tools, and knowledge of construction and cleaning techniques will drive successful project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in clients' lives by restoring their properties efficiently and professionally. Duties Lead and coordinate restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. Supervise and mentor team members to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met throughout each project. Perform detailed inspections of affected areas to assess damage severity and develop comprehensive restoration plans. Perform demolition, cleaning, disinfection, and structural drying of affected materials using specialized tools, equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide updates on project progress. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance for each project. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong understanding of water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for demolition, cleaning, and construction activities. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining safety standards across all operations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues, anticipate project needs, and make sound decisions in dynamic situations. Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess damages, develop restoration plans, and adapt to changing job site conditions. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, subcontractors, and insurance representatives. Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and accountability in managing projects from start to finish. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
Qualifications:
