Position Overview:

Are you mechanically inclined and willing to work weeknights and weekends? We are looking for a motivated Service Technician/Installer who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and enjoy tackling challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Service & install water conditioners, filter systems, air purifiers, and Reverse Osmosis systems. Collaborate with experienced technicians to develop your skills. Address equipment challenges with adaptability and a proactive approach.

What We Offer:

Training:

Comprehensive on-the-job training starting on day one, with an expected duration of 6 to 12 months.

Flexible Hours:

Must be available for weeknight and weekends.

Work Van:

A company vehicle will be provided for your use.

Compensation:

Training hourly rate of $$$ (looking into starting pay), with pay increases and commission for every installation opportunity after mastering the installation process. Minimum 40

Hours Per Week:

Opportunities for overtime are available.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude is essential; plumbing experience is a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
