• Collaborate with the sales team to thoroughly understand customer requirements for installations and repairs of transformers and switchgears
• Advise customers on necessary service work and develop comprehensive quotes and estimates covering service, labor, materials, and timelines
• Utilize Excel-based software to prepare accurate and detailed quotes and estimates
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and outside suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Key Requirements
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with transformers and/or switchgear equipment
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
