The team handles sensitive and challenging projects such as biohazard cleanup, hoarding remediation, mold remediation, water damage, disinfection services, and more. The company emphasizes safety, professionalism, and confidentiality while restoring properties after difficult or unexpected events. Team members receive training in industry best practices and use professional-grade equipment and cleaning agents. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Technician role based in Edmond, OK. The Technician will begin by performing standard house cleaning while receiving on-the-job training in our various service tiers, which could lead to growth within the company. Daily tasks include following detailed work orders, setting up and breaking down equipment, handling and disposing of materials in accordance with safety protocols, and documenting work performed through notes, photos, and checklists. The Technician will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and equipment. The role also involves communicating professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers, while maintaining confidentiality and respect. Qualifications Ability to follow detailed procedures, work orders, and safety protocols for cleaning, decontamination, and restoration tasks. Capacity to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting moderate weights, standing for extended periods, and working in protective gear (PPE). Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning, accurate documentation, and proper handling, packaging, and disposal of materials. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with crew members, and supervisors, and to interact respectfully with clients. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to respond to time-sensitive or emergency jobs. Comfort working in challenging environments with appropriate training and support. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to local job sites as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
