✔ Paid vacation ✔ 401(k) plan ✔ Medical insurance ✔ Profit-sharing plans ✔ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems (motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E-stops, etc.) Identify and procure parts needed to complete service/maintenance Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work; secure approvals as needed Document work: complete work orders, customer forms, POs, timecards, and related paperwork accurately and on time Promote services: identify opportunities with existing customers; provide literature and basic proposals Maintain your service vehicle: routine maintenance, inventory/supplies, cleanliness Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for our 24-hour service line Support installations of new or used material handling systems as needed What We're Looking For Field Service experience (required) Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial or material handling equipment Electrical experience (220VAC & 24VDC) preferred Welding ability a plus Able to work independently and also collaborate with CEI techs, subcontractors, or install crews Comfortable with Windows-based software and using a computer for diagnostics/documentation Clear written communication; paperwork completed on time High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Background check and drug test required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability #ind1
