When local families and businesses experience a fire, flood, or tragedy, our field teams bring their damaged personal belongings to our facility. We take items damaged by smoke, water, and soot, and carefully restore them back to their pre-existing conditions. Part-time Location:
Tulsa, OK (100% Warehouse/Facility-Based)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Job Summary Unlike field restoration roles, this position is based entirely inside Tulsa facility. You will not be traveling to loss sites or doing heavy pack-outs. Instead, you will be responsible for processing, cleaning, and deodorizing contents that have already been securely packaged and delivered to our warehouse. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Unpacking & Inspection:
Carefully unpack incoming boxes of contents (electronics, collectibles, documents, housewares, etc.) and inspect the level of smoke, soot, or water damage.
Precision Cleaning:
Utilize specialized cleaning agents, ultrasonic tanks, ozone chambers, and specialized equipment to meticulously clean and deodorize items.
Detail-Oriented Restoration:
Work patiently with delicate or sentimental items to bring them back to their pre-loss condition.
Digital Inventory Tracking:
Use our inventory software to log the status of items as they move from "damaged" to "fully restored."
Repacking:
Safely wrap, box, and label restored items so they are ready to be returned to the client.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workstation. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) High Attention to
Detail:
You must genuinely enjoy meticulous, patient work. (If you like detailed cleaning, organizing, or crafting, you'll love this).
Physical Ability:
While you aren't moving entire houses, you must be able to stand at a cleaning station for long periods and comfortably lift storage bins/boxes up to 35-40 lbs.
Basic Computer Skills:
Comfort using a tablet or smartphone app to log inventory and take photos of items.
Reliability:
Strong punctuality and consistent attendance at our Tulsa facility.
Background Check:
Must be able to pass a standard background check. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in specialized cleaning, detailing, restoration, or warehouse inventory management.
Benefits & Perks Competitive Pay:
$15.00-18.00.
Paid Training:
We will teach you the state-of-the-art technical skills and chemical safety needed for specialty content recovery.
