We are an Ad-Valorem Appraisal firm who is also entering the home services field. The ideal candidate for this position is looking for a Long term career with growth potential. Requirements Must have reliable transportation. Candidates will be working from their personal vehicles so a good working, reliable vehicle is a must. Be able to pass a background check Be able to travel weekly at least 50% of the year. Will be home every weekend. Be able to stand and walk most of the work day In various weather conditions Be able to handle confrontation and diffuse difficult situations Be able to maintain a professional attitude in tense interactions Be able to navigate technology in an efficient effective manor Be able to meet productivity quotas and develop a remediation plan if they are not met. This is a salary position that includes 20 PTO days per year. After a 90 day probationary period, employees will be eligible for health insurance, along with dental, vision, and life. We also offer a 5% company match on our 401k program. Employees are eligible for an end of year bonus on top of salary. Employees are also paid .45 cents per mile for miles driven on duty.
