We're seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our restoration team as a General Laborer with the opportunity to advance into a Restoration Technician. No restoration experience is required—we'll provide the training for the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do As part of our restoration team, you'll assist with a variety of emergency and restoration services, including: Demolition and tear-out of damaged building materials Water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation Packing, moving, and inventorying customer contents Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Daily moisture readings and documentation Job site cleanup and organization Loading and unloading equipment and materials Assisting Restoration Technicians on residential and commercial projects Responding to emergency calls as needed Other duties as assigned to support our team and customers What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and good attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions Willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures Team player with good communication skills Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and career advancement opportunities Opportunity to become a certified Restoration Technician Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Company-provided equipment and training Stable, year-round work Why Join Us?
