Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in diverse environments, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. As a vital part of our service team, you will troubleshoot complex issues, perform routine maintenance, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Your technical skills and proactive approach will help keep critical systems running smoothly, making a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan Install new equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards Conduct inspections of water lines, pump stations, standpipes mechanical components to ensure optimal performance Lead on-site service visits, coordinating to deliver timely solutions while maintaining high safety standards Document all service activities thoroughly in reports and logs for future reference and compliance purposes Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Clean Driving Record Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain diverse equipment types Experience working in construction or related fields is a plus Ability to take and pass test for Class D water Operator license Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintenance and repairs Join us as a Field Technician if you're passionate about technical excellence, thrive in hands-on roles, and enjoy being outdoors
