Lead Water Mitigation Technician

Experienced Water Mitigation Technician Full-Time | Bend, Oregon $22-$30+ per hour ( DOE & Certifications ) Peak Northwest Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving Central Oregon with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and doing what's right — for our clients and our team. We are seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician who is confident in the field, strong with documentation and communication, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience using platforms such as DASH, Mitigate, or similar job documentation software are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform demolition, debris removal, and construction cleanup Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment according to IICRC standards Accurately moisture map and track psychrometric readings and drying progress Document conditions and job status using DASH, Mitigate, or comparable software Work safely in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members Follow safety procedures, site protocols, and documentation requirements Qualifications Experience in water mitigation or related construction field preferred IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) receive additional pay Experience with DASH, Mitigate, or similar platforms strongly preferred Technologically competent with smart devices, apps, and photo documentation Valid driver's license required Comfortable performing physically demanding work Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation $22-$30+ per hour , depending on experience & certifications Additional compensation for IICRC-certified technicians Benefits (Full-Time) Paid Time Off (2 weeks annually) 8 Paid Holidays Health Insurance Reimbursement Program Paid Industry Training & Certifications Paid Chiropractic Care to support long-term field mobility Advancement opportunities with a growing company Peak Northwest Restoration is committed to professionalism, communication, and supporting the long-term well-being of our employees.
