Installation Technician

As an Installation Technician , you'll set up micro-markets, vending machines, and coffee equipment at customer locations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. No vending experience? No problem, we provide training for the right candidate. All we ask is that you bring a passion for excellent service and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Use hand tools to work with equipment on the field. Travel to customer sites in our company vehicle. Work with team to ensure proper installation and uninstallation at customer locations as guided by your manager. Conduct Inventory of equipment and service parts monthly. Document all work performed. Maintain and order inventory replenishments as needed. Responsible for maintaining vehicle maintenance regularly. Provide customer and sales team training related to proper operation and maintenance of beverage equipment and vending equipment's accessories. Establish and execute preventative maintenance schedules. Provide effective communication with customers and team members. Basic Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to provide consistent and professional service to our valued customers. Must be self-motivated and able to establish an effective and efficient routine. Knowledge of beverage brewing systems is a plus but not required. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to lift between 25-75lb Start your journey to Join the team by applying today!
