Full Job Description Water Mitigation Laborer Pay:

$20/hour

Oregon & Washington A growing water mitigation and restoration company is seeking reliable, motivated candidates to join their team. This role involves hands-on restoration work in residential and commercial environments. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform water damage restoration services, including water extraction and structural drying Interact with customers in a professional manner Execute mold remediation processes to maintain safe and healthy environments Work in challenging environments , including tight, dark, hot/cold, and wet spaces Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs Safely operate hand tools and power tools Will be required to wear a respirator when needed Clean and prepare job sites while following all safety protocols Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop restoration plans Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project Qualifications Previous experience in restoration or water mitigation preferred but not required Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus Experience with mold remediation is beneficial Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to work in varying conditions and adapt to changing environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team ______________________________________________________________________________ Benefits Offered to
