Job Description
Field Service Technician
- What Will You Do?
- Operate equipment and perform construction, maintenance, and repair on Quarry, Hot-Mix Asphalt, and Ready-Mix Concrete plants.
- Repair, construct, weld, fabricate and install plant equipment.
- Work diligently to meet production and repair schedules.
- Comply with all NESL Safety Policies.
- Assist in other areas of the plants as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide service for various PA and NY operations. Requirements
- Who Are We Looking For?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
- Basic electrical skillset and mechanically inclined.
- Knowledge, skills and ability necessary to form, pour and finish concrete foundations, walls, columns and slabs.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Knowledge, skills and ability to operate and use various types of mobile equipment and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record for insurability.
- Ability to travel to any NESL site and work as directed. May require occasional overnight hotel stays. Why Apply?
