What You'll Do As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you'll help customers protect and restore their homes and businesses through professional cleaning and restoration services.

Responsibilities include:

Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning Water damage mitigation and structural drying Mold remediation assistance Odor removal services Equipment setup, monitoring, and removal Performing detailed inspections and documenting work performed Communicating professionally with customers throughout the project Completing work orders, daily logs, and job documentation Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment Ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards No two days are the same. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible difference for customers. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving company vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field Experience with specialty cleaning services such as: Carpet Cleaning Tile & Grout Cleaning Upholstery Cleaning Air Duct Cleaning Previous experience in sales, customer service, home services, restoration, or construction Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs IICRC Certifications are a plus: Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Professional Growth Opportunities We invest in our team and support technicians pursuing advanced industry certifications, including: Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) If you're willing to learn, we'll help you build valuable skills and advance your career.
