Job Details & Responsibilities Independent Field Work:

You will manage your own daily schedule, traveling to customer homes throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Precision Installation:

Responsible for the end-to-end installation of ventilation units, including mounting and venting to the exterior using standard hand and power tools.

Customer Interaction:

You are the face of the company on-site. You'll explain the system's benefits and operation to homeowners and ensure a high-quality, professional experience.

Site Management:

Maintain a clean workspace and manage your equipment and inventory effectively. What You Need to

Succeed Self-Starter Mentality:

Since you will be working in the field independently, you must be motivated and reliable without constant supervision.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfort with tools is a must. Backgrounds in construction, remodeling, or general home repair are highly preferred.

Professionalism:

A clean appearance and polite demeanor are required as you will be entering private residences.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation to reach various job sites.
