Field Service Technician Pay:

$90,000-$100,000 Job Description This role manages installations, repairs, maintenance, and training for customers, while also supporting internal teams with machine assembly, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities Provide professional service and customer support during field visits. Manage all on-site installation duties. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Provide maintenance training to customers so they can safely and effectively use and care for their equipment. Diagnose errors or technical problems on industrial packaging machines. Perform troubleshooting on industrial packaging machines. Run performance testing. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience building, assembling, and repairing industrial packaging machines, including equipment with cappers and labelers. Proven troubleshooting and repair skills for mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Experience performing installations, service, and maintenance in a field service or maintenance technician role. Demonstrated experience running Testing on industrial equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance on production or packaging machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with industrial packaging lines that include cappers and labelers is highly beneficial. Experience supporting machine assembly, testing, and commissioning in a manufacturing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Medical, Dental, Vision start 30 days after hire and enrollment date is first of the month. So if they were hired in February they would be enrolled on April 1. 401k is after 90 days and then the first of the month.

hours at hire, 40 hours after 6 months, another 40 hours after 1 year, another 40 hours after 7 years, and another 40 after 15 years. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Exton,PA. Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on May 19, 2026.
