Job Description

About Us PuroClean is a leading property restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a positive and professional work environment for our team. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restoration Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leadership responsibilities, and helping customers recover from property damage. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects. Manage daily job site activities and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and restoration services as needed. Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings. Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff. Complete job documentation, including photos, sketches, and daily reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices. Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and quality standards. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Qualifications Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. IICRC certifications are a plus but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Benefits. $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
