Water Damage Technician Does:

Respond to emergency restoration calls (including after hours) Perform demolition, sanitation, and drying related to water, sewage, fire, and mold damage Operate restoration tools, equipment, and software safely Follow all safety and health protocols Work closely with a team to complete restoration projects

Water Damage Technician Requirements:

IICRC Water Certification (required) Ability to work nights/weekends for emergency response Physically able to lift heavy items, wear a respirator, and work in high-heat environments Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork skills Must pass drug screen and background check Benefits (once permanently hired): Medical, Dental, Vision PTO 401(k) with matching
