Job Description
We are looking for a reliable motivated employee whose job description will be as follows:
Primary:
Perform restoration services on water/fire/smoke damaged properties. This is mostly in the form of demolition.Secondary:
Property maintenence tasks on rental properties including but not limitied to- turning over units in between tenants
- basic tasks related to maintenening residential properties
- This position offers a variety of different tasks in different settings from day to day Must have: Valid drivers license and car Basic property maintenance skills & experience (drywall / painting / etc)
A Plus:
Any plumbing / roofing skills required to perform emergency repairs from leaks a bonus Hours- Generally 7am
- approx 4:30/5pm M-F but can vary day to day (longer or shorter days), weekend availability a requirement as well when busy
- Job will begin in Media/Aston area each morning Will be doing in person interview followed by working interview where you will come to work for a (paid) couple of days.
