job summary: Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing is looking for a Field Service Technician in their Mount Pleasant, PA location. Key qualifications include, 2 years of experience conducting failure investigations on electrical or medical device products. An associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provides both onsite and remote technical support, accurately diagnosing issues and repairing medical devices while adhering to safety standards and regulatory protocols.
Autonomous Execution & Maintenance:
Conducts routine maintenance, installations, and performance checks with limited supervision, successfully managing a wide range of dissimilar tasks and prioritizing daily work.
Documentation & Data Integrity:
Meticulously logs all service activities, including diagnostics, resolutions, and parts utilized, within the Service Management System to maintain compliance and accurate records.
Customer Relations & Communication:
Manages customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining transparent communication regarding service timelines, and escalates complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Professional Development & Collaboration:
Supports senior technicians during advanced procedures to gain hands-on experience, while actively participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and procedures.
