In this energetic role, you'll be on the front lines of restoring homes and businesses to their original condition, utilizing your hands-on skills and industry knowledge. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient, thorough restoration services while providing exceptional customer support. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your expertise in the restoration industry and make a tangible difference in people's lives. This role offers opportunity for overtime and upward movement within the company. • Drivers license required• Duties Perform cleaning, drying, and debris removal to prepare properties for restoration. Execute fire and water damage restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques. Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols. Follow detailed procedures for restoration projects, documenting work progress and conditions accurately, in accordance with IICRC standards Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, fire and water damage repair, mold remediation Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction methods is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines during hazardous material handling. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in restoration processes. Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is preferred Familiar with IICRC standards (IICRC Certfied Canidates Preferred)
