Content Restoration Technician

CRDN (Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network) is an international company that specializes in contents restoration services after disasters such as fires, floods, storms, and other property-damaging events. We work primarily with insurance companies, contractors, and property owners to restore personal belongings that have been damaged by disasters. Instead of replacing damaged items, we focus on cleaning, repairing, and restoring them to their pre-loss condition, helping to reduce insurance claim costs and returning homeowner's prized possessions to them. Duties Perform cleaning, drying, and deodorizing of affected items using specialized equipment and techniques Assist with mold remediation efforts by identifying mold growth and applying appropriate removal methods Follow detailed protocols for each project to ensure thorough restoration while maintaining safety standards Occasional field service duties to include: identifying and inventorying affected items, maintaining proper packing procedures on those items, and transporting items to our cleaning facility Requirements Ability to manage time efficiently Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning and repair processes Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for potential site travel Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help rebuild lives!
