Job Description

Job Summary Field Service Specialist If you like being out in the field (not stuck behind a desk) and you take pride in documenting what you see, this Field Service Specialist role could be a strong next step. We're working on behalf of a client that needs someone who can support onsite testing and construction inspections, follow established procedures, and turn observations into clear, accurate reports. This is a hands-on position for someone who's comfortable traveling to job sites, working outdoors, and communicating professionally with both clients and internal project teams. What we're looking for Valid driver's license with a safe, reliable driving record Real ID or passport (required for access to certain properties) Willingness to travel up to 100% and work overtime as needed Ability to follow detailed written procedures and controlled test methods Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (hot/cold/wet) Able to stand/walk for long periods with occasional kneeling/squatting Comfortable working at heights as needed (ladders, lifts, roof areas) Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands (stairs, ladders, bending, crawling, pushing/pulling) What you'll do Set up and operate testing equipment and assist with onsite testing and inspections on construction projects Perform detailed site observations and document conditions, activities, and results Use drawings, specifications, and diagrams to support accurate field work Maintain organized documentation and test data for each assignment Prepare accurate, concise reports summarizing procedures, observations, and results Support basic project coordination (planning, scheduling, execution, reporting) Communicate professionally with clients and project teams before, during, and after field work Perks and benefits Direct W2 employment Overtime opportunities as needed Field-based work with variety, hands-on learning, and growth potential EOE W2 only
INDENG Pay:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
