Field Service Technician Details:
Direct Hire position $23.00 to $25.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Manage/perform all on site activities related to installation, repair, management, maintenance & test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Comprehend customer requirements Build positive relationships with customers Mechanical assembly in the plant when not travelingField Service Technician Qualifications:
Proven field service experience Conveyance experience a plus Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good time-management skills Great Interpersonal and communication skills Team up with colleagues and other team members Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service conveyance equipment Ability to work in the plant in lieu of traveling when needed Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays Ability to work heights and in enclosed spaces Operate any vehicle in a safe manner Adhere to company given rules and regulations We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
