This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a stable, professional career in the insurance industry with strong growth potential. Insurance experience is not required. While it is preferred, we are more interested in finding the right person. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, organized, curious, and willing to learn, we will teach you what you need to know. In this role, you will support our Commercial Lines team by helping process client service requests, manage insurance documents, communicate with carrier partners, and keep important details moving accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Issue Certificates of Insurance and assist with certificate renewal processes. Process commercial policy change requests internally and with carrier partners. Support Client Specialists with vehicle schedules, equipment schedules, DMV suspensions, and ID card requests. Navigate insurance company and vendor websites. Review carrier-issued documents for accuracy. Enroll clients in the self-service portal and assist with basic portal questions. Learn and use our agency management and workflow systems. Support the Commercial Lines team with projects and client service needs. What Success Looks Like You take ownership of your work and follow through consistently. You stay organized while managing multiple requests and deadlines. You pay close attention to details and understand that accuracy matters. You communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, clients, and carrier partners. You ask good questions, learn quickly, and look for ways to improve. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For No insurance experience required, we will train the right candidate. Insurance experience preferred, but not required. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Comfort using technology, websites, and internal systems. Interest in building a long-term career in a stable professional industry.
