Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across various industrial, commercial, and utility sites in several countries. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, supporting critical operations in diverse environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Proficient in PLC programming (Allen Bradley systems) Experience with Frequency Drives and Servo Drives Skilled in using a Multimeter for electrical circuit troubleshooting Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Proficient with electrical hand tools (wire strippers, cutters, crimpers) Ability to work independently and interact with customers effectively (understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction). Operator and Maintenance training 1st level remote support for our customers Electrical machine upgrades for existing machines Maintenance visits to ensure a stable machine condition
Education and Work Experience:
2-year degree or certificate in industrial automation, industrial electronics (Technical degree) Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of packaging equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work, specifically in packaging equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Experience using mechanical hand tools (wrenches, punches, drills, tapping tools) Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and ability to travel (the ability to be approved for a passport, international travel, and rental car contracts). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language; Spanish is a plus.
