This role combines hands-on electrical troubleshooting, charger network support, vendor coordination, and technical operations support for DC fast charging systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-voltage electrical systems, EV charging equipment, or industrial power systems and be comfortable traveling to field locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

Monitor EV charging network operations and respond to charger outages or service interruptions Troubleshoot and support DC fast charging systems in the field Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and network providers to resolve technical issues Open, track, and manage service tickets and repair activities Support preventive maintenance and emergency restoration efforts Review and approve vendor repair documentation and invoices Assist with uptime reporting, usage tracking, and operational audits Provide technical support for charger communications, power systems, and networking issues Support customer, driver, and site host inquiries related to charger functionality Assist with storm response and post-event restoration activities

Required Qualifications:

Experience working on electrical systems up to 600V Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems independently Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office and remote diagnostic tools Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting EVSE or DC Fast Charging equipment Experience with ABB Terra, BTC Power, or similar charging platforms Knowledge of CAN bus systems, PLCs, firmware diagnostics, or communications troubleshooting Experience with inverters, rectifiers, UPS systems, or low-voltage power supplies Knowledge of EV charging and electrical standards including NEC Article 625, UL 2202, UL 2231, or

UL 1741 OSHA

30 or

NFPA 70E

certification preferred This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in EV infrastructure, industrial electrical systems, power distribution, field service engineering, telecom power systems, or utility operations.
