We are seeking energetic organized individuals who love a fast paced work environment that requires quick thinking and ability to adapt to challenges every day. Are you good with POS systems and technology? Have experience with basic networking such as wifi and internet access devices? Did you set up your own internet router? Love working with customers? You will need to possess basic restaurant operations and terminology knowledge. You will be installing, training and supporting our POS customers out in the field and some by remote. There is some mild lifting of the terminals, which are about 10lbs, printers and other devices. Must be comfortable speaking to small groups of staff and managers. Bilingual is highly preferred. We are a leader in the POS implementation service industry. We focus on providing exceptional customer service and expect our team members to have that same level of commitment. You must have a valid Driver's License and reliable auto. Flexible schedule is required. Weekend work is sometimes required. Company offers a comprehensive benefits package. ( Please do NOT apply if you have not used Square POS. This is field-based so please don't apply if you don't live in the Columbus metro area as there is no relocation offered. You must be able to pass a background screening and have a valid drivers license.
