Field Service Tech (Cincinnati)

Setting/Hours:

100% Remote | 50% travel Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain bell and clock systems. Climb ladders and access bell towers using lifts and rigging equipment (following certification). Diagnose and repair mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical components. Program electronic control systems using manuals and remote technical support. Document services performed and clearly communicate results. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle with appropriate inventory and tools. Serve as the primary customer-facing technician, representing the organization professionally. Follow all company and site safety procedures and promote safe work practices.

Requirements:

Basic mechanical experience; familiarity with electronics or electro-mechanical equipment preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn a specialized product line. Experience in rigging, electrical work, fabrication, construction, or military service is a plus.
