Job Description
Overview We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our premier team servicing coffee and espresso machines accross the country. We are currently seeking additional technicians for Texas, Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Ohio. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, understand basics plumbing and electrical testing. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various Bean to Cup super-auto coffee systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Heavy travel required. Duties Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and appliances. Assemble and disassemble units as needed for repair or maintenance. Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and services performed. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Ensure compliance with safety standards during all repair activities. Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques in the industry. Qualifications Proven experience in equipment repair, appliance repair, or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydro systems. Excellent communicator Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
